Your Editor Profile Displays HTML Code Literally Rather than Interpreting it

Problem

After modifying your profile and including HTML code in it you find that the profile that is generated contains the literal tags you entered rather than the results you expected.

Solution

Put simply, the profile editor is buggy and as such you will have to work around this problem. The general solution is to liberally include spaces and carriage returns around the mark-up.
