'Too Many Cooled' Message when Attempting to Cool a Site

Problem

When you attempt to cool a site you receive an error message that states: "Too many cooled", and are unable to designate another site cool.

Solution

Each category can only have a maximum of two cooled sites; attempting to cool any more will result in the message given above. If you want to cool another site your only recourse is to uncool an already cooled site first.
