What is it?
Power Reviewed Edit is a feature that allows the user to edit multiple listings -- all of which must reside in the same category -- simultaneously. The user selects the listings they wish to edit by marking the corresponding check boxes.
What can it be used for?
With Power Reviewed Edit the user can unreview/move listings, and modify their titles and descriptions.
Who can use it?
All editors have access to this feature in their bookmarks. In addition, cateditalls and catmods can use it their node. Editalls can use it in every category except Kids_and_Teens; keditalls can use it in Kids_and_Teens but not any category in the "main directory". Obviously, any editor with a combination of these permissions has Power Reviewed Edit in the relevant combination of categories.
Why can't all editors use it in every category they have access to?
It is restricted in this way because it can be used to quickly remove keywords from competitor's descriptions, and unreview all sites in a category en-masse (which can then be deleted with ease from Unreviewed). In addition, it enables editors to move categories manually -- an ill-advised action as it results in broken internal links, inaccessible edit logs, and doesn't leave redirects from the old location to the new.
