  5. U.K Check Box - If the site originates in the United Kingdom you should check this box. Sites in the .uk ccTLD have this box checked by default.
  6. 'Move To' Drop-down - List of categories configured as relcats, @links, and altlangs. In addition, for languages that do not have a category directly corresponding to the current category (and as a result aren't altlang'd), the closest category is listed instead. To move the site to one of these categories simply select one.
  7. 'Move To' Text Box - Accepts a category path to move the current site to. The mechanism is reasonably forgiving with regards to how your format category names, but slash separated paths work best. For example: Arts/Literature .
  8. Sort Date / Media Date - May be used for the media publication date of items such as articles and reviews, or for time limited events such as conferences. For example, to add a date of January 3rd, 2003 you would enter 2003.01.03 .
  9. Last Edit by - Details of the last editor to edit the current URL in the current category.
  10. 'Update' Action - Saves any changes you have just made.
  11. 'Delete' Action - Removes the URL from the current category. Note: You are required to enter an explanatory editor note if you're deleting.
  12. 'Move to Unreviewed' Action - Saves any changes you have just made and explicitly moves the URL to Unreviewed. If you've specified a category to move the URL to it will be placed in that category's Unreviewed queue; otherwise it be moved to that of the current category.
  13. 'Update + Back' - Performs the action you have selected ('Update', 'Delete', or 'Move to Unreviewed') and returns you to the Edit Category screen for the current category.
  14. 'Update + Next' - Performs the action you have selected ('Update', 'Delete', or 'Move to Unreviewed') and forwards you to the next URL.
  15. 'Skip + Next' - Disregards any changes that you have made and forwards you to the next URL.
  16. 'Spell Check' - Performs a rudimentary spelling check of the site's title and description and returns to the current screen with any errors highlighted. When you are happy that the listing is error-free you must use either 'Update + Next' or 'Update + Back' to save your changes.
  17. 'Cancel' - Disregards any changes you made and returns to the Edit Category screen for the current category.
  18. 'Reset' - Undoes any changes that you have made -- reverts to the last save of the listing's details.
  19. Editor Notes - Lists all the notes attached to the current URL. An automatic note is appended every time a URL is edited, and editors have the option of entering their own notes as well.
